How SUPERVIN uses text messages

SUPERVIN sends transactional messages only: pickup and delivery verification notices, confirmation requests, and one-time passcodes.
Carrier and driver users provide and confirm their phone number during account signup.
Pickup- and delivery-location contacts receive notices only for the shipments they are part of, initiated by the shipping order.
Pilot applicants who opt in on this page may receive texts to schedule their call.
Message frequency varies by shipping activity. Message & data rates may apply.
